INFORMATION FOR PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS

ANNOUNCES AN ENROLLMENT
on internal and external, full and part-time forms of study
in 2018-2019

for educational qualifications –
BACHELOR AND MASTER

Study is carried out in specialty:

PHYSICAL CULTURE AND SPORT

Areas of professional activity:

– teacher of physical education in higher educational institutions;

– coach-teacher in children and youth sports schools;

– manager in sports clubs and recreation complexes;

– instructor-trainer of sports clubs (gyms, fitness centers, etc.);

– coaching activity in the chosen sport;

– sports event organizer;- organizer (instructor) of sports and health tourism;

– instructor (organizer) of physical culture and sports at workplace or at the place of residence;

– employee of state or public administrations of physical culture and sports;

– head of physical training in armed forming;

– instructor-methodist in physical culture and sports;

– worker of sports and health camps.

APPLICATION DEADLINES:

The admission of documents will be from July 11 to July 27, 2018

for part-time form of studying – from July 11 to July 20,

for educational qualification level Master – from July 4 to July 22.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

• Application of the established sample;
• Education certificate and a supplement to the document about previous education with subjects studied and grades obtained and copies;
• Certificates of Ukrainian Education Quality Estimation Center got in the current year or notarized copies;
• Passport and copies of the 1, 2, 11 pages (or Birth Certificate copy and the copy of the passport of one of the parents);
• Certificate of medical fitness got in physical dispensary;
• The copy of identification number certificate;
• Army registration card (or proof of registration with the local draft board)
• Documents certifying the benefits;
• 4 photos (3×4 cm);
• 3 envelopes (1 ordinary with stamps, 1 normal without stamps, 1 of A5 format without stamps);
• Folder for documents (knotted)

When submitting copies of documents, presentment of original documents is obligatory.

Duration of studying for all specialties – 4 years.

Weight coefficients of the education certificate and other certificates: education certificate – 0,1; additional points – 0.05 (Annex 7 to the Rules of admission to Chernivtsi National University named after Yuriy Fedkovych in 2016).

During the study, students have the opportunity to improve their skills in the sports sections of the CHNU in the chosen sport and to take part in competitions of different rank.

After the 2nd year of studying, boys and girls can enter and study at the military department.

For students who lives in districts of the region and other cities, there is a possibility to settle in the dormitory of Chernivtsi National University.
